Dr. Yeonsu Song is an Assistant Professor at the School of Nursing and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. She is also an affiliated investigator at the Geriatric Research, Education, and Clinical Center at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.

Project
“Beliefs and Attitudes About Sleep Problems Among Older Korean Immigrants.” Dr. Song’s project aims to explore lived experiences, knowledge, and management of sleep issues; and to identify both preferred and challenging behavioral sleep strategies that can be culturally tailored among older Korean immigrants. The findings will be incorporated into sleep education program development for this specific group.
