Survey Development in the Context of CBPR – Question Development and Survey Distribution

Description: Dr. Hamilton discusses survey development in the context of CBPR including using qualitative methods to develop survey questions and to assess survey distribution approaches. Speaker Bio: Alison Hamilton, Ph.D., M.P.H., is a VA Research Career Scientist and the Implementation Research Director in the VA Center for the Study of Healthcare Innovation, Implementation & Policy at the Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, and a Professor-in-Residence in the Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences at UCLA. Her research focuses on improving health services for vulnerable populations through evidence-based practices and implementation science. She leads multiple VA- and NIH-funded initiatives and serves on several editorial boards, including Implementation Science and Women’s Health Issues.
