Projects

  • “Improving depression treatment for older minority adults in public sector care.” Dr. Lagomasino’s RCMAR/CHIME-funded project was based on a desire to improve access to quality depression care for older, low-income, minority adults in a public sector geriatric clinic that served mostly Spanish-speaking Latinos, and the purpose was to test assessments and treatments in order to lay the groundwork for a larger study of quality improvement for depressed older minorities.
